Irish sport horses have been coming over to this country for years. From competition horse to a happy hacker the Irish have the ability to cater for all disciplines and abilities! Irish cobs are usually amenable and steady. Irish competition horses invariably have a super brain, trainable and will try their heart out for you. Horses can be bought from the sales over there eg Cavan or Gorsebridge etc. - but BUYER BEWARE it is a minefield out there and if you decide to go take someone with experience of auctions and one that has a good eye for a horse.
