Dressage horses can be found in all shapes and sizes. Confirmation and temperament are at the top of the list! Even a horse with all the talent in the world will not make a decent dressage horse unless it has the will to be there!!! Ideally One needs a horse which will work with you depending on your ability. The horse needs to have good paces be good looking have a super attitude to work and trainability. Obviously this is in an ideal world and depending on your budget, ability and aspirations one can overlook certain criteria as long as the horse is sound and you are happy with it.
